Increases daily payment for riding bailiffs in circuit, chancery, county courts, and courts of eminent domain from $55.00 to $65.00 per day of service.

Maintains existing limits of no more than four bailiffs per court, with county court judges limited to one bailiff per court day.

Clarifies that constables serving as bailiffs in justice court for criminal cases receive payment equal to the riding bailiff allowance under Section 19-25-31.

Makes minor grammatical correction to Section 19-19-8, changing "that" to "who" in reference to constables.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
