Amends Section 43-13-115 of Mississippi Code to expand Medicaid eligibility for children in foster care under state custody and financial responsibility.

Makes children under 18 years old in foster care eligible for Medicaid, previously only those 18 years or older qualified.

Extends Medicaid eligibility for foster children until their twenty-first birthday as certified by the Mississippi Department of Human Services.

Effective July 1, 2016.
