Amends Section 45-14-31 of Mississippi Code to authorize the State Board of Health to set fees for licensing and registration of radiological health entities rather than using a fixed fee schedule.

Establishes that radioactive material license fees shall equal 25% of the most current annual fees charged by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission under 10 CFR 171.16.

Grants the State Board of Health authority to set fees for general licenses, X-rays, X-ray services, reciprocity licenses and registrations, accelerators, neutron generators, nuclear reactors, and NORM (naturally occurring radioactive materials).

Removes the previous statutory schedule of specific fees for radioactive material licenses that ranged from $300 to $350,000 depending on license category.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
