Increases the daily payment for riding bailiffs in circuit, chancery, county, and eminent domain courts from $55.00 to $80.00 per day of service.

Maintains the existing limit of four (4) riding bailiffs per court, with county court judges limited to one (1) bailiff per court day.

Clarifies that full-time deputy sheriffs cannot be paid as riding bailiffs and that payments are made by the county on court allowances.

Extends the $80.00 daily rate to constables serving as bailiffs in justice court for criminal cases, making their compensation equal to other riding bailiffs.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
