Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to Mississippi residents who support the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants upon payment of standard taxes, fees, and an additional $30 fee.

Tag design and color determined by Department of Revenue in consultation with the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Additional $30 annual fee distributed as follows: $24 to Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants Educational Foundation, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, $1 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; tax collectors retain $2 per tag for county general fund.

Replacement tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5% for county general fund and remainder distributed like regular distinctive tag fees.

Effective July 1, 2016.
