Establishes the "Jerry Wayne Robertson Memorial Alzheimer's Association Distinctive Motor Vehicle License Tag Act" effective July 1, 2016.

Reauthorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the Alzheimer's Association, Mississippi Chapter, with an additional fee of $30.00 per tag annually.

Reauthorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the MIND Center at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, with an additional fee of $30.00 per tag annually.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to the Alzheimer's Association or MIND Center special fund, $2.00 to county tax collectors, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 each to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund and a special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires both distinctive license tags to satisfy Section 27-19-44(3) requirements before July 1, 2019, to continue issuance.
