Reenacts Sections 55-15-51 through 55-15-62 of the Mississippi Code, which establish the Mississippi Veterans Monument Commission and define its powers and duties

Extends the repeal date for the Mississippi Veterans Monument Commission from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2019, a three-year extension

Commission consists of 7 members including veterans from World War II, Korean Conflict, Vietnam Conflict, and Persian Gulf Conflict, appointed by the Governor and Lieutenant Governor

Authorizes the commission to design, construct, and maintain monuments honoring Mississippi veterans, including a Confederate memorial at Shiloh National Military Park and a Congressional Medal of Honor monument

Limits commission administrative costs to $7,500 annually, with funds deposited in dedicated trust funds (Veterans Monument Trust Fund, Shiloh Confederate Memorial Trust Fund, Congressional Medal of Honor Monument Trust Fund)
