Classifies violations of Mississippi Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks regulations relating to wild hogs as Class I violations, punishable under Section 49-7-141.

Requires permits for transporting live wild hogs, with permit eligibility based on absence of repeat hunting offenses or revoked hunting privileges.

Allows wild hogs to be released alive only into enclosures no larger than 500 square feet for immediate slaughter or to slaughter facilities.

Deletes the July 1, 2016 repeal date, making the wild hog transportation and release provisions permanent law.
