Prohibits school board members, superintendents, principals, teachers, coaches, and other staff from attempting to change, alter, or affect student grades except as allowed by formal written board procedures.

Requires the State Department of Education to immediately suspend a school or district's accreditation upon presentation of sufficient evidence of grade falsification violations, which revokes extracurricular activity participation.

Establishes a three-level appeals process: accused party has 30 days to respond to complaints before a reviewing officer, with subsequent appeals available to the State Board of Education and circuit court, and finally to the Mississippi Supreme Court.

Mandates that schools demonstrating willful violations of state law or the Mississippi Constitution lose accreditation immediately, with due process hearings required under the established procedures.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
