Creates Section 97-15-1 of Mississippi Code establishing immunity from civil and criminal liability for good faith reports of suspicious activity or behavior based on objectively reasonable suspicion.

Defines "report of suspicious activity or behavior" as communication to law enforcement or appropriate authority about another person's behavior if made with reasonable belief the activity constitutes or furthers an act of terrorism.

Excludes intentionally false reports and reports made with reckless disregard for truthfulness from immunity protection, including violations of Section 97-35-47.

Takes effect upon passage.
