Amends Mississippi Code Section 99-19-51 to establish lethal injection as the method of execution using an ultra short-acting barbiturate or similar drug combined with a chemical paralytic agent.

Requires the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections to select an execution team, including medical personnel and support staff involved in administering lethal chemicals.

Makes the identities of all execution team members, lethal injection drug suppliers, and confidential witnesses exempt from disclosure under the Mississippi Public Records Act.

Prohibits any person from knowingly disclosing the identity of execution team members, drug suppliers, or confidential witnesses, with violators subject to civil liability including actual and punitive damages.

Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for persons and institutions acting in good faith to carry out executions and prohibits licensing boards from disciplining licensed professionals for participating in lawful executions.
