Increases maximum fine for general courts-martial from $200 to $2,000 under Section 33-13-155.

Increases maximum fine for special courts-martial from $100 to $1,000 under Section 33-13-157.

Increases maximum fine for summary courts-martial from $25 to $250 under Section 33-13-159.

Allows the Adjutant General to designate the confinement facility location for court-martial sentences under Section 33-13-613, in addition to the county where the court-martial was held or offense was committed.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
