Codifies Mississippi Code Section 95-5-31 establishing the duty of care owed by property possessors to trespassers.

Property possessors owe trespassers no duty of care except to refrain from willfully or wantonly injuring them.

Creates exceptions allowing liability for injury to trespassers who are discovered in peril if reasonable care is not exercised to prevent injury.

Establishes liability for injuries to child trespassers caused by artificial conditions on property if the possessor knew children would likely trespass, knew of the dangerous condition, and failed to exercise reasonable care to eliminate the danger or protect the child.

Takes effect July 1, 2016, and does not create new liability or affect other immunities or defenses available under Mississippi law.
