Adds receiving stolen property under Section 97-17-70 to the list of felonies eligible for expungement five years after successful completion of sentence.

Maintains existing felonies eligible for expungement: bad check offenses, drug possession, false pretense, larceny, malicious mischief, and shoplifting.

Limits individuals to one felony expunction in their lifetime under the provision for qualifying offenses.

Retains eligibility for expungement of one felony for persons under age 21 at time of offense, with exceptions for crimes of violence and drug distribution-related felonies.

Becomes effective July 1, 2016.
