Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to prohibit commercial motor vehicles from traveling on Mississippi Highway 29 through the City of Ellisville.

Exempts commercial vehicles making or picking up deliveries within Ellisville's corporate limits and vehicles exempt from length limitations under Section 63-5-21.

Brings forward Section 63-5-34 of the Mississippi Code, which allows certain motor vehicles over 29 feet in length with registered titles to use public highways outside the interstate system.

Effective date is July 1, 2016.
