Authorizes the Mississippi Transportation Commission to enter into agreements with other entities to offset all or part of the costs of building and/or operating highway hospitality stations

Permits the Commission to erect signs at hospitality station sites acknowledging sponsoring entities, provided the signs are not visible from the highway

Allows the Commission to erect sponsorship acknowledgment signs on highway right-of-way in accordance with applicable state and federal rules

Exempts signs erected by the Mississippi Transportation Commission under this provision from the state's outdoor advertising regulations

Effective date of July 1, 2016
