Allows motorcycles that are the sole occupant of a lane to proceed through a red light if the traffic sensor does not trigger a green light, after stopping and yielding to pedestrians and other traffic.

Permits motorcycles to make turns at red lights under the same sensor-not-triggered conditions, unless a "No Turn On Red" sign is posted.

Applies the same provisions to motorcycles facing a red light with a green arrow, allowing turns when the motorcycle does not trigger the green light sensor.

Requires motorcycles to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians lawfully in crosswalks and to other vehicles lawfully using the intersection.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
