Designates a segment of U.S. Highway 61 in Coahoma County, Mississippi, beginning at its northern intersection with Mississippi Highway 161 and extending southerly to its southern intersection with Mississippi Highway 161, as the "Dr. Aaron E. Henry Memorial Highway"

Also designates the segment of Mississippi Highway 161 in Coahoma County from its northern county line to its southern county line as the "Dr. Aaron E. Henry Memorial Highway"

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching both highway segments

Takes effect July 1, 2016
