Maintains the $150.00 per diem rate for election commissioners on actual election days (general or special elections)

Per diem payments apply to days or accumulated periods of at least 5 hours spent on official duties, subject to annual day limits based on county population size

Annual day limits range from 50 days in counties with fewer than 15,000 residents to 240 days in counties with 275,000 or more residents, with additional days allowed for multiple elections
