Expands Mississippi Dyslexia Therapy Scholarship eligibility from grades 1-6 to grades 1-12 for students diagnosed with dyslexia.

Allows eligible students to attend a different public school or state-accredited nonpublic school offering comprehensive dyslexia therapy delivered by licensed dyslexia therapists.

Sets maximum scholarship amount equivalent to the Mississippi Adequate Education Program base student cost, disbursed in 12 equal installments upon verification of enrollment.

Requires local school districts to screen students for dyslexia in spring of kindergarten and fall of grade 1, with components including phonological awareness, decoding skills, and rapid naming.

Repeals the sunset provision (Section 37-173-31) that would have terminated the scholarship program, making it permanent.
