Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-11-29 to require the State Superintendent of Public Education to annually collect and compile reports on student arrests occurring on educational property or during school-related activities.

Requires all arrest data to be disaggregated by race, ethnicity, gender, school, offense type, and law enforcement agency involved.

Mandates the State Superintendent submit an annual report to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and Joint PEER Committee on or before January 1 each year containing the compiled arrest data.

Maintains existing requirements that law enforcement, courts, and school officials report student arrests and case dispositions (convictions, dismissals, acquittals) to school superintendents within one week.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
