Recognizes Mr. Donald Triplett of Forest, Mississippi, as the first child ever diagnosed with autism, documented as "Case 1 Donald T." in a 1943 medical journal entry.

Acknowledges Mr. Triplett's accomplishments including earning a high school diploma from Forest and a bachelor's degree in French from Millsaps College in 1958, while leading a full life that includes golfing, driving, and maintaining friendships.

Commends Mr. Triplett for overcoming adversity and serving as an example to people with autism and the general public of living life fully and with passion.

Directs the legislature to recognize Mr. Triplett's immense contributions to Mississippi and extend best wishes for his future endeavors.

Requires copies of the resolution be provided to Mr. Triplett and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
