Mourns the death of Mr. Ray M. Sartor, who passed away on April 6, 2015, and commemorates his life and legacy.

Recognizes Mr. Sartor's military service in the United States Army, National Guard, and Army Reserves, where he achieved the rank of Brigadier General.

Honors his community service as County Agent for Union and Tippah Counties with the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Blue Mountain College, and member of Ripley Rotary Club.

Acknowledges his founding of Ray Sartor Realty and his active membership in First Baptist Church in Hamilton, Mississippi.

Extends deepest sympathy to his surviving wife Janice Springer Sartor, three daughters, sister, grandchildren, and friends, and directs copies of the resolution be provided to his family and the Capitol Press Corps.
