Commends the Northeast Mississippi Community College Indoor Winter Guard for winning the 2016 Mississippi Indoor Association Guard Championships on April 2, 2016, marking their third consecutive first-place victory.

Recognizes the troupe's achievement as the premier collegiate indoor winter guard in the MIA circuit, having won first place in four of five championships in only its fifth year of existence.

Notes the guard won first place in every competition category, beating STATEment, Spyntropy, and Pearl River Community College Winter Guard by more than four points and earning one of the highest scores among 60 guards at the state event.

Lists 16 named members of the championship-winning troupe under the direction of Assistant Director of Bands Amy Langley.
