Recognizes her service as a building contractor, farmer, and entrepreneur who operated Mason's Drive Inn and provided housing for low-income families.

Acknowledges her instrumental role in securing a Farmers Home Administration loan that established the Cedar Creek Water Association to provide water to the Cedar Creek Community.

Honors her extensive church involvement at New Hope Church, serving as class leader, choir president, Sunday school teacher, and president of the United Methodist Women.

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to Mrs. Mason and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
