Mourns the loss and commemorates the life of Mrs. Darlester Foster, born September 7, 1952, in Ruleville, Mississippi.

Recognizes her career as a Department of Corrections Officer who retired in May 2014 as Correctional Associate Warden.

Acknowledges her educational achievements including an associate degree from Coahoma Community College, bachelor's degree from Mississippi Valley State University, and master's degree from Delta State University.

Honors her 12 years of service as an adjunct professor at Coahoma Community College and Mississippi Valley State University, and her active involvement as a member of True Light M.B. Church and benefactor to St. Jude's Research Hospital.

Extends deepest sympathy to her surviving family members including three children, two sisters, two brothers, and extended family, and directs copies be furnished to her family and Capitol Press Corps.
