Commends the University of Mississippi Rebels football team for defeating Oklahoma State University 48-20 in the 2015 All State Sugar Bowl on January 1, 2016, marking the team's first Sugar Bowl victory in 46 years and first 10-win season since 2003.

Recognizes quarterback Chad Kelly's record-breaking bowl performance (21 of 33 passes for 302 yards and four touchdowns) and receiver Laquon Treadwell's three touchdown performance.

Highlights the team's 2015 season accomplishments including defeating the National Championship-winning Alabama team 43-37, winning the Magnolia Bowl against LSU 38-17, and defeating Mississippi State 38-27 in the Egg Bowl.

Honors Head Coach Hugh Freeze for building a successful program through recruiting high-caliber players and coaching excellence despite the team facing suspensions, injuries, and losses during the season.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Head Coach Hugh Freeze and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
