Commends Keep Desoto County Beautiful for receiving a 2015 Keep America Beautiful President's Circle Award in its inaugural year, distinguishing itself among 600 entrants.

Recognizes the organization's partnership with the Board of Supervisors, cities of Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Hernando and Walls, and Keep Mississippi Beautiful affiliates established in 2015.

Acknowledges the organization's work in litter prevention, recycling, waste reduction, beautification, and community greening activities including Earth Day celebrations, countywide cleanups, and hazardous waste collection events.

Directs the House to furnish copies of the resolution to Keep Desoto County Beautiful Executive Director Ray Laughter and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
