Commends the service of three Mississippi Highway Patrol officers: Lieutenant Trae G. Staples, Corporal Willard D. Holifield Jr., and Trooper First Class Deandre L. Dixon for their actions on February 20, 2016.

Recognizes that the three officers were injured while rescuing a young child whose life was endangered.

Details the officers' experience: Lieutenant Staples has 10 years as a State Trooper and 9 years as a Tactical SWAT Operator; Corporal Holifield has 8 years as a State Trooper and 5 years in SWAT; Trooper Dixon has 4 years as a State Trooper and 3 years in SWAT.
