Commends Coach Cecil Hinds for winning seven state soccer titles in four years as head coach of Madison Central High School boys and girls soccer teams.

Recognizes Coach Hinds' extensive coaching career achievements, including state championships at Northwest Rankin High School (2000, 2003, 2008) and Gulfport High School (2010), plus numerous Mississippi Soccer Association and regional championships.

Honors Coach Hinds' multiple Coach of the Year awards from organizations including the Mississippi Soccer Association (2005, 2007, 2014), National Soccer Coaches Association of America (2011, 2014), and the Positive Coach Alliance (2014).

Acknowledges Coach Hinds' background as a native of Trinidad who earned defensive player of the year honors at Belhaven College (1997) and has developed players into championship-caliber athletes while broadening their knowledge and skills.
