Amends Section 63-7-11 of the Mississippi Code to expand requirements for when vehicle headlights must be used on public roads, streets, and highways

Requires front and rear lamps to be operated during the period from sunset to sunrise

Mandates headlight use whenever precipitation or any other condition necessitates the use of windshield wipers

Effective date of July 1, 2016
