Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants for an additional fee of $30.00 annually.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each $30.00 fee for the county general fund, with the remaining $28.00 remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Each $30.00 fee is distributed as follows: $24.00 to the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants Education Foundation, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive license tags cost $10.00, with the tax collector retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed according to the standard fee allocation.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
