Creates immunity from civil and criminal liability for individuals who report suspicious activity or behavior to law enforcement in good faith

Defines "report of suspicious activity" as communication to law enforcement about behavior reasonably believed to constitute or further a crime or act of terrorism

Excludes protection for knowingly false reports or reports made with reckless disregard for the truth

Violations of existing false reporting laws (Section 97-35-47) remain punishable and are not protected under this immunity
