Reenacts "The Patient's Right to Informed Health Care Choices Act" (Sections 41-121-1 through 41-121-9) and repeals the automatic sunset provision, making the law permanent.

Requires health care practitioners to identify their specific type of license in all advertisements and clearly display licensure information in their offices in a manner visible to patients.

Defines "deceptive" or "misleading" advertisements as those that misstate, falsely describe, or falsely detail a practitioner's profession, skills, training, expertise, education, board certification, or licensure.

Establishes violations of the Act as grounds for disciplinary action and unprofessional conduct against licensed health care practitioners, with penalties including license suspension, revocation, fines, and fee refunds to patients.

Amends nine sections of Mississippi Code relating to chiropractic, dental, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, medicine, physician assistant, podiatry, and veterinary practice to permanently include violations of the informed health care choices requirements as disciplinary grounds.
