Amends Section 63-17-75 of the Mississippi Code to remove the requirement that used motor vehicle dealers maintain blanket motor vehicle liability insurance on vehicles operated on public streets and highways, including dealership inventory.

New and wholesale motor vehicle dealers remain required to maintain motor vehicle liability insurance with blanket coverage and file evidence of such insurance with their license application.

Effective date is July 1, 2016.
