MS SB2118

Amends Section 49-7-3 of the Mississippi Code to allow minors under age 18 who are not domiciled in Mississippi to obtain a resident hunting or fishing license if their noncustodial parent is domiciled in the state.

Requires applicants to provide a copy of the divorce decree and proof that any required child support payments are current.

Adds this eligibility pathway alongside existing provisions allowing nondomiciliaries who are college/university students or active military members to obtain resident licenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
