Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to renew the lease on the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Dizzy Dean Museum for one additional period not exceeding twenty (20) years.

Allows the lease to be renewed with a nonprofit corporation whose primary purpose is supporting and improving the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Dizzy Dean Museum.

Specifies that the benefit to Mississippi from operating the lease renewal shall be considered sufficient consideration, and the renewal lease shall be executed for a nominal fee without constituting a donation of state property.

The lease renewal provision automatically expires and is repealed effective July 1, 2036.
