Amends Section 85-7-251 of the Mississippi Code to prohibit towing companies from charging more for vehicles towed at law enforcement direction than they charge regular customers.

Applies the equal-pricing requirement to all law enforcement tows, including those resulting from alleged violations of Section 63-11-30.

Extends the failure-to-comply penalty to law enforcement tows, precluding imposition of any storage or towing charges if the towing company fails to make good faith efforts to comply with notification requirements.

Effective July 1, 2016.
