Amends Section 25-15-9, Mississippi Code of 1972, to require the State and School Employees Health Insurance Management Board to establish a pilot program for urgent healthcare services using telemedicine kiosks.

Telemedicine kiosk model shall be managed by the University of Mississippi Medical Center's Telehealth Program and available to all state employees working in the Capitol Complex in downtown Jackson.

Urgent care telehealth services may be compensated through either a fee-for-service model or a per-member per-month model at the board's discretion.

Medical consultations at the kiosk must be audio and video-recorded and stored in HIPAA-compliant files for review of protocol and accuracy.

Becomes effective upon passage.
