Removes the requirement for resolution board members to complete election manager training as previously mandated under Section 23-15-239.

Requires resolution board members to complete training of no more than two (2) hours on their duties to review, handle, and count damaged or defective ballots.

Mandates that training sessions be conducted by the county executive committee or commissioners of election no less than five (5) days before each election.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
