MS SB2215

Requires the State and School Employees Health Insurance Management Board to issue a request for proposals for an on-site primary care clinic for state employees in the greater Capitol Complex and other areas of critical state employment concentration.

The request for proposals must be solicited by the board no later than September 1, 2016.

Clinic is intended to promote wellness within the employee population, realize net savings to the state in primary care, and provide benefits to state civil servants, their spouses, and dependents.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 25-15-9 to add this on-site clinic requirement to the existing State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan provisions.
