Consolidates recording fees for most documents (excluding deeds of trust and oil/gas leases) into a flat fee of $25.00 for documents up to 25 pages, including sectional index entries and up to 5 marginal notations.

Charges $1.00 per additional page and $5.00 per additional marginal notation for documents exceeding 25 pages or requiring more than 5 marginal notations.

Amends Section 25-60-5 to clarify that the $1.00 filing fee for documents applies except where Section 25-7-9(1)(b) provides otherwise.

Effective July 1, 2016.
