Amends Section 19-25-13 of the Mississippi Code to require that salaries for additional deputy sheriffs specifically designated for narcotics enforcement be funded from fines collected by the county from convictions under the Uniform Controlled Substances Law.

Establishes that counties may designate one or more deputy sheriffs for narcotics enforcement positions, with their compensation sourced directly from drug-related conviction fines rather than general county budget appropriations.

Takes effect October 1, 2016.
