Amends Mississippi Code Section 99-19-51 to keep the identities of all execution team members, lethal injection chemical suppliers, and certain family witnesses confidential and exempt from public disclosure under the Mississippi Public Records Act.

Prohibits licensing boards from censuring, reprimanding, suspending, or revoking licenses of execution team members or suppliers solely because they participated in a lawful execution.

Grants execution team members, suppliers, and institutions participating in executions immunity from civil and criminal liability when acting in good faith and in accordance with the statute.

Requires courts to preserve confidentiality of execution-related records through protective orders, in-camera hearings, sealed records, and non-disclosure orders while allowing the remainder of records to remain accessible.

Designates execution team participation as official state duties performed on behalf of the state or its agencies.
