Prohibits municipalities from limiting or restricting enforcement of federal immigration laws below the full extent permitted by federal law.

Requires state, county, and municipal law enforcement agencies to notify federal immigration authorities when an undocumented person is incarcerated and to honor any federal immigration detainers.

Mandates all state law enforcement officers assist federal agencies in enforcing federal immigration law and immediately notify federal immigration authorities upon discharge or monetary obligation assessment for undocumented aliens convicted of state or local violations.

Allows law enforcement agencies to transport undocumented aliens in their custody to federal facilities or transfer points outside their jurisdiction when verification of unlawful presence is received.

Provides civil immunity and indemnification to law enforcement officers for arrests made in good faith based on probable cause under this act, with agencies covering reasonable costs and attorney's fees in related legal proceedings.
