Amends Section 9-1-46 of Mississippi Code to require the Administrative Office of Courts to provide case data to the Office of State Public Defender in addition to PEER.

Requires circuit, municipal, and justice court clerks to report semiannually to the Administrative Office of Courts, including information on whether counsel was appointed.

Data must include individual case records by offense with charge codes, disposition dates, sentence information, and demographic details (date of birth, residence, race, gender).

Mandates reports be submitted in sortable, electronic format, with the Administrative Office of Courts providing standardized reporting guidelines to all court clerks.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
