Mandates that agencies provide specific information in advance of their space needs, including lease terms, square footage, location, use, contact information, and desired deadline dates to facilitate timely review and approval.

Applies to all state agencies and departments, including those financed entirely by federal funds, seeking to lease office space outside buildings under the Department of Finance and Administration's jurisdiction.

Maintains existing Public Procurement Review Board oversight and regulatory authority over state agency lease and rental agreements for outside office space.
