Updates and consolidates the list of state buildings under the Department of Finance and Administration's (DFA) supervision in Jackson, Mississippi, adding the Walter Sillers Parking Garage, Mississippi Museum Complex, GM&O Depot, former Naval Reserve Center, and several properties on Amite Street, North Street, and North State Street

Removes several buildings from the explicit list including the Ike Sanford Veterans Affairs Building, Burroughs Building, Manship House Restoration and Visitor Center, and 101 Capitol Centre

Expands DFA's jurisdiction to include all buildings owned or leased by the state on seat of government property, as well as the NASA Shared Services Center at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame, Mississippi Crafts Center, Mississippi Children's Museum, and Mississippi Arts Entertainment Center

Simplifies the legal description of grounds under DFA jurisdiction by replacing individual building boundary descriptions with a general reference to all state buildings identified in Section 29-5-2(a)(i) and seat of government property
