Amends Mississippi Code Section 23-15-955 to require unsuccessful petitioners in legislative election contests to pay all attorney's fees and costs of the respondent within 90 days after the resolution is adopted.

Applies to election contests filed in either the House of Representatives or the Senate challenging the seat of any member of those chambers.

Takes effect November 3, 2015, applying to all petitions filed after that date.

Maintains existing jurisdiction rules where the House has exclusive jurisdiction over House member election contests and the Senate has exclusive jurisdiction over Senate member election contests.
