Amends Section 33-13-613 of the Mississippi Code to allow the Adjutant General to designate a confinement facility when a court-martial sentence includes confinement.

Expands warrant of commitment authority to direct sheriffs to confine sentenced individuals in county jails in the county where the offense occurred, where the court-martial was held, or where a facility designated by the Adjutant General is located.

Applies to state military forces not in federal service and their court-martial processes and sentences.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
